Corporate housing is a preferred, cost-effective alternative to staying in a hotel.  Corporate Suite Shoppe provides luxury one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes, which are fully furnished with everything you will need to make your temporary housing feel just like home.

Below are a few of the common questions we are asked about reserving corporate housing through Corporate Suite Shoppe.

Corporate Suite Shoppe caters to the needs of professionals relocating, corporate travelers or consultants, government travelers, patients receiving medical treatment, as well as families building or renovating a home – or anyone else in need of long- or short-term housing.

On average, our corporate suites are more than twice or three times the size of a hotel room, which is typically about 170 square feet. At an average of 900 square feet, our corporate apartments offer guests substantially more room.

We have pet-friendly apartments. Depending on the location, we allow cats and dogs with an extra fee. Breed restrictions apply.

We offer flexible lease terms from one month or more.

Wi-Fi and television with streaming services is available in each apartment home and is included in your rate.

All of our corporate apartments have their own washer and dryer and a full-size, fully equipped kitchen, giving you the convenience of truly being at home.

If we have availability we offer weekly furnished rentals. However, in order to get the best rate, a one-month stay is required.

If the lease is at least 181 days, then you would be tax exempt.

If the lease is less than 181 days, there is a mandatory hotel tax of 13.5% .  There is a pet fee if you decide to bring any pets.  There is no cleaning fee if the furnished apartment is left in the same condition as when you moved in.

We accept up to 2 pets per furnished apartment.  Some dog breeds are restricted.  Pet fees are based on the breed/size of the pet.

Our Furnished Corporate Apartments are conveniently located to many area hospitals most of which are about a 10 minute drive.  They are also about a 20 minute drive to beaches.  We have Furnished Corporate Apartments in downtown Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
